Files are stored on password-protected internal systems accessible only to production staff assigned to your job.
We do not share, publish, or reproduce your artwork or files without your explicit written consent.
Files are retained for a period of 12 months after job completion to facilitate reprints, then securely deleted.
File transfers via WeTransfer or Google Drive links are handled confidentially; we do not store third-party credentials.

Confidentiality Guarantee: Your artwork, designs, and proprietary content will never be used for portfolio display, marketing, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order — unless you explicitly grant us permission.

5 Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by Indian law:

Order and invoice records: 7 years (as required by the Income Tax Act, 1961)
Artwork and project files: 12 months after job completion
